Job description
Paradigm Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a dedicated HR Director to oversee the HR function at Paradigm at Creekside in Gahanna, OH. The role reports to the Administrator and ensures compliant, efficient personnel processes for quality resident care.
The position requires HR experience, strong communication and leadership, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a salaried exempt role with day shifts and normal facility hours.
