Job description
Ronald McDonald House Charities International is seeking an HR Director to lead human resources in Southern California. This role includes responsibility for talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and has at least 7–10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles. Experience in nonprofit organizations is preferred, along with strong knowledge of California employment laws. Join us in providing support to families of seriously ill children.
