Job description
Transdev in Fairfax, VA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and execute the HR strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to local leadership. This role provides day-to-day HR leadership, guidance, and support across all HR functions.
In partnership with the Labor Relations team, this position supports collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, and other labor matters to foster productive employee and union relationships.
