Job description
City of Fremont is seeking an accomplished HR leader to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor across the organization. The candidate will bring emotional intelligence, lead organizational development, and champion employee engagement and exceptional customer service.
Ideal candidates will have seven years of public-sector HR experience, including two years in supervisory roles, a related Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and a strong track record as a change leader.
