Job description
Jefferson County is seeking a motivated HR professional to promote and implement human resources values and initiatives across the organization. This role leads HR programs and ensures compliance with laws and regulations across the County.
You will serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with County leadership to align HR practices with the mission, vision, and operational goals, covering employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, and workers' compensation.
