Job description
Vangarden Cannabis is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions for a rapidly growing organization in Rochdale, MA. reporting to the CEO, you will shape talent strategy, develop leaders, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry.
You will drive full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding, while building competitive compensation programs, employee relations, and learning initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.
