Job description
Milton’s Distributing, a Mansfield, MA based distribution and logistics group, seeks a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic direction and leadership for our employees. You will report to the CEO and guide organizational alignment, change management, and talent development across multiple entities.
You will design HR programs, manage the annual budget, lead recruiting and onboarding, and ensure policies comply with federal/state laws.
