Job description
Advanced IPM, a family-owned firm delivering service across California and Nevada, seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function. You will translate business strategy into workforce strategy, advise senior leadership, and build scalable HR infrastructure for ongoing growth.
The role requires leading end-to-end people operations, overseeing payroll, benefits, and leave programs, and driving organizational design and rapid scalability in a multi-site setting.
