Job description
Eastern Lebanon County School District is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide districtwide leadership for HR and to serve as a trusted advisor to the Superintendent and administrative team.
This position leads talent management, employee relations, personnel compliance, workforce planning, compensation and benefits oversight, leave and accommodation processes, and other core personnel functions.
