Job description
Wing Inflatables in Arcata, CA seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead our U.S. People & Culture function. The role partners with site leadership to strengthen workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and leadership development, and total rewards while coaching managers and building the local HR team.
Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee HR operations, compliance, and analytics, driving strategic initiatives to support growth and reduce risk in a dynamic environment.
