Job description
Jobot is seeking a Director of Human Resources in Vadnais Heights, MN to lead the people function during a pivotal growth phase. You will partner with the CEO and President, influence strategy, and drive organizational change as the company relocates to a new facility.
You will oversee a full spectrum of HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management, in a small, fast-paced environment.
