Job description
The City of Ottawa is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Director to lead advanced HR programs and support the Human Resources Director in planning and operations. This role acts as Acting HR Director in the Director’s absence and represents the department with other city departments, agencies, and the public.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in public sector settings; strong knowledge of employment law,
