Job description
Champion Credit Union in Canton, NC is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR programs aligned with the strategic direction of the Chief Administrative Officer. This role is the primary owner of core HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, recruiting, HR systems, and HR projects.
The HR Manager supervises the HR Specialist, provides guidance to leaders, escalates high-risk matters, and ensures a proactive, compliant employee experience.
