Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the HR function across multiple unionized dairy plants and a Rochester, NY distribution team.
The role requires deep expertise in labor relations, change management, and building a high-performing HR culture. The candidate will guide HR strategy, manage plant HR teams, and act as a key liaison with union representatives, ensuring compliant and constructive labor-management relations while driving employee engagement
