Skyeton Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Fayetteville, North Carolina facility. You will partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
The role requires 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of employment law, and experience with HRIS/ATS. You will maintain confidential records, advise leadership, and help drive a safe, compliant, high-performing manufacturing operation.
