Job description
North Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Hybrid HR Business Partner to collaborate with business unit leaders, support employee and labor relations, address workplace concerns, and anticipate HR needs to ensure consistent delivery of HR services.
In this role you will investigate and resolve issues, provide HR guidance, and act as a resource to leaders and staff while ensuring compliant, supportive employment practices across the organization.
