Ensign Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, with travel up to 75% visiting 3–4 facilities weekly. The role engages with senior leaders, translating HR concepts into business outcomes and acting as a trusted advisor.
You will guide employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning while supporting acquisitions and cultural alignment in a hands‑on, multi‑site environment.
