Job description
First United Bank is seeking an HR Business Relations Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to Lending and Retail Community Bank leadership across the DFW and Central Texas regions. Requires travel to Central Texas for at least one week per quarter, and supports recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
The role provides counsel on HR policies, employment law, and compliance, and collaborates with HR managers to align programs with business goals.
