Job description
MODE Transportation, LLC seeks an HR / Commercial Business Partner embedded within the Commercial Sales organization in Dallas. You will partner with the SVP of Commercial Sales to build talent, accelerate ramp-ups, administer performance processes, and advise leadership on people decisions impacting the business.
You'll design onboarding plans, develop training, and manage CRM and client-value selling initiatives while driving workforce strategy and analytics across the sales function.
