Job description
Wilcox + Flegel is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to designated business units in Washington. You will support workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and DEI initiatives while collaborating with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
You will coach managers, handle employee relations, and contribute to a positive, compliant work environment across Longview or Centralia sites. This is a critical, hands-on HR leadership role.
