Keurig Dr Pepper in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR programs for multiple sites with a focus on labor relations, policy execution, and talent initiatives. You will consult with site leaders to drive fair, compliant people practices and partner with Centers of Excellence.
This role requires 5+ years in HR, experience with bargaining agreements, and strong analytical skills. Travel to Louisville, KY monthly is required.
