Ohio Living is seeking an Area Human Resources Business Partner to support multiple life plan communities and home health/hospice locations. You will deliver employment services, advise on staffing, policies, compliance, and employee relations while aligning with corporate HR standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years in HR (long-term care preferred), and proficiency with Workday, ATS, and MS Office.
