Blue Origin LLC seeks a strategic HR Partner to support leaders and employees across our business units. You will drive people strategies and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and data analytics to enable data-based decisions. A strong HR generalist with 5+ years of experience and knowledge of employment laws is required.
