BIC World invites a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join its NAM Commercial team in Norwalk, CT. This hybrid role partners with senior management to drive talent management, engagement, and HR operations for roughly 150 staff with emphasis on policy adherence and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years HR experience, including leadership coaching, organizational design, and development within manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors and FMCG familiarity.
