Job description
Children's Advocacy Centers of Illinois seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Chicago, IL to partner with leaders and managers across the organization. The HRBP will drive employee engagement, ensure equitable HR practices, and provide hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, and compliance.
The role emphasizes advisory support, policy interpretation, and a strong DEI/AB culture commitment, reporting to the CPCO and collaborating with the leadership team.
