Job description
HR Works is seeking a full-time Senior HR Partner in a hybrid role serving clients in the Rochester area, with three days per week in the Fairport office and travel to client sites as needed. The Senior HR Partner provides strategic HR guidance, manages multiple priorities, and leads HR initiatives to improve engagement and business results.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR leadership or consulting, strong knowledge of employment law, and excellent coaching and relationship-building
