Job description
ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Corporate HR Business Partner II in the United States to align business objectives with employees and management within the corporate unit. You will partner with HR Operations and HR Shared Services to deliver value-added HR services while supporting the VP of HR on special projects.
Responsibilities include coaching managers, onboarding, performance management, investigations, compensation programs, and policy interpretation. Travel is 0-5%.
