Job description
Wright Service Corp. in West Des Moines, IA seeks an HR Generalist to provide guidance on policies and employment laws, support performance management, and lead investigations. You will analyze HR data, partner with management to improve morale, and assist in onboarding/offboarding and workforce planning.
The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred; HR certification is a plus.
