HF Sinclair is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for the Casper Refinery. You will lead HR processes under supervision, partnering with the HR Manager to align HR activities with business needs and drive optimal outcomes.
The role requires 5+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Preferred certifications include SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR. Travel and refinery environment exposure may be involved.
