Job description
ASU Enterprise Partners in Scottsdale seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across assigned units. You will partner with leaders to drive talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance and consistent HR program execution.
In addition to strategic work, you will provide day-to-day HR operations support, onboarding, records maintenance, and collaboration with centers of excellence.
