Job description
Universal Orlando Resort is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as strategic partner to assigned operational divisions, leading and executing HR strategies, programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
You will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and change initiatives, while supporting an on-site team in a high-volume environment. BS in HR or related field required; 5+ years HR experience.
