Job description
Milwaukee Tool seeks a Talent Business Partner to forecast, design, and implement proactive talent solutions aligned to business goals. You will partner with our Power Tool Engineering team to lead Talent Review, Org Design, and Employee Experience initiatives that drive workforce effectiveness.
With at least six years of progressive talent experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytics, you’ll build bench strength, influence leaders, and manage talent cycles.
