Job description
Compassus is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to model our Pillars of Success and support organizational design and development across the Western United States. This role partners with leadership to address HR issues and deliver strategic HR programs, while ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
The candidate will drive workforce planning, rewards, culture initiatives, and performance management, collaborating with executive leadership and operations to promote Compassus values.
