Job description
Wright-Patt Credit Union Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Columbus and North regions with travel to the Columbus and Dayton areas.
Responsibilities include addressing employee relations concerns, investigations, and recruitment/onboarding for defined business units. The role collaborates with HR and Learning & Development to create training programs for managers, handles exit and stay interviews to improve retention, and supports HRIS administration and general HR inquiries
