Job description
Stanley Black & Decker, SEF site, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join on-site HR. You will partner with site leaders to develop and coordinate HR programs, drive employee engagement, and support labor relations and workforce planning.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Workday is a plus.
