Job description
SupportFinity™ is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership for its Medical Fluid Components Division in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This role will involve collaborating with divisional leadership to develop HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior people leadership experience. The role requires strong coaching skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
