Job description
BOSCH USA seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership for a ~200-person warehouse operation. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, advise on complex employee relations, and drive workforce planning and engagement.
You will lead policy application, talent development, and change initiatives, while ensuring legal compliance and effective HR processes on site.
