Job description
HEXPOL Compounding in Georgia seeks an HR leader to develop, administer, and coordinate all HR processes in support of our strategic goals. You will supervise the HR team, manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, and partner with management on policy implementation.
This role requires hands-on experience with HRIS and ADP timekeeping, knowledge of employment laws, open enrollment events, and reporting for audits.
