Job description
Markel is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for HR Risk & Compliance to shape workplace strategy and mitigate risk by partnering with HR and business leaders on complex employment matters across the insurance platform.
You will lead the HR risk function, investigate sensitive employee relations matters, advise senior leaders on policy implementation, and represent Markel in regulatory proceedings. Strong Bar credentials and 10+ years of US employment law are required.
