Job description
Andersen, a leading global firm in Tax, Valuation, and Business Advisory, seeks a Human Resources Senior Manager. You will partner with service line leadership to influence employee engagement and culture and oversee HR for National Service Lines across geographies.
You will work with the National HR team to ensure policy consistency, coach managers, manage onboarding and performance processes, and lead firm-wide HR projects.
