The role encompasses leading HR transformations and advising clients on HR diligence, organizational design, and operating models. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR transformation, strong consulting skills, and a proven history of managing large-scale projects. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Competitive salary range from $187,500 to $312,500 depending on experience.
