Job description
DHL eCommerce is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to DC leadership, driving business results and engagement at the distribution center level.
You will lead core HR program execution, manage employee communications, staffing, benefits, training, ER, performance, and safety, and ensure compliant HR policy applications across the DC. This role may be standalone or part of a larger HR team depending on DC size.
