L-H Battery Company is seeking an HR Business Partner II to coach and mentor leaders in both manufacturing and corporate settings. The role drives HR strategies and acts as a change agent to improve business performance and HR metrics.
You will partner across units to tackle workforce challenges, including retention, morale, and development through data and feedback. The position involves a 2-2-3 shift pattern and occasional travel.
