Job description
CannonDesign is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRIS & Operations to lead the evolution of our HR technology ecosystem and core HR operations. This role owns the HRIS and ensures data integrity, security and privacy compliance while partnering across HR, Finance and Technology.
You will drive enhancements, implement scalable solutions, deliver dashboards, and oversee data governance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRIS/HR operations with enterprise systems experience and strong project leadership.
