Job description
Reeco is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding projects from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success. You’ll serve as the customer's primary project manager, ensuring implementations stay on schedule, stakeholders stay aligned, and adoption stays on track.
This role sits at the center of every implementation, partnering with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver an exceptional onboarding
