Job description
Paratek Pharmaceuticals in King of Prussia, PA seeks an Associate Director for Incentive Compensation and Sales Operations. You will lead strategy, design, administration, and governance of incentive programs across Commercial Sales teams and products, partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Market Access, and Analytics.
You will own end-to-end IC processes, drive improvements, ensure timely compliant payments, and manage vendor relationships.
