hireneXus, Chicagoland-based private equity-backed healthcare platform, seeks a Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives / Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a high-growth organization.
The role partners with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, and analytics to turn strategy into action, manage high-impact programs, and deliver measurable outcomes. 2–5 years in healthcare strategy or consulting is preferred; MBA is a plus.
