The Sarnova Family of companies includes Digitech Computer, Bound Tree Medical, Tri-anim Health Services and Cardio Partners.

Digitech is a leading provider of advanced billing and technology services to the EMS transport industry. Since its founding in 1984, Digitech has refined its software platform to create a cloud-based billing and business intelligence solution that monitors and automates the entire EMS revenue lifecycle. Digitech leverages its proprietary technology to offer fully outsourced services that maximize collections, protect compliance, and deliver results for clients.

Summary:

The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, RCM leads strategic, cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiency across Billing Services in direct support of the Billing Services leadership team. This role owns the planning, execution, and reporting of high-impact initiatives spanning all revenue cycle functions and operations.

A significant focus of the role is the development, execution, and ongoing oversight of the offshore delivery strategy — including vendor and partner management, transition planning, service level governance, quality assurance, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong revenue cycle knowledge with disciplined program management, data-driven analysis, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead strategic programs and projects that drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement across Billing Services

Partner with the COO and Billing Services leadership team to translate strategic priorities into structured programs with clear scope, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes

Build and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, status reporting, risk and issue logs, and executive-level dashboards

Serve as program lead for the offshore strategy, including scoping of work to be transitioned, readiness assessments, transition planning, and go-live execution

Provide ongoing oversight of offshore partners and teams, including service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), quality standards, capacity planning, and escalation management

Establish governance routines with offshore vendors and internal stakeholders, including recurring business reviews, performance scorecards, and corrective action plans

Analyze workflows, staffing models, and productivity data to identify automation, standardization, and process improvement opportunities across the revenue cycle

Develop business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and return on investment models to support leadership decision-making on strategic initiatives

Partner with Operations, Development, IT/Product, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Training to ensure programs are resourced, sequenced, and delivered on time

Ensure all onshore and offshore processes meet federal, state, and payer regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI handling, and data security standards

Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and training materials required to support new or transitioned processes

Track realized benefits post-implementation and report results, risks, and course corrections to leadership

Lead change management and communication plans to drive adoption of new processes across onshore and offshore teams

Support integration and onboarding activities related to acquisitions, new clients, and new service lines as assigned

Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive accountability for action items, and remove barriers to program execution

Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred

5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred

3+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional, multi-site initiatives

Experience managing or supporting offshore, outsourced, or business process outsourcing (BPO) operations strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims, denials, collections, and payer requirements

Demonstrated experience building business cases, performance scorecards, and executive-level reporting

Project management certification (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with project management and business intelligence tools preferred

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with executive leadership and external partners

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change without direct authority

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines

Experience working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced operational environment

Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement

Ability to work across time zones to support offshore teams and periodic travel as required
