Job description
Horizontal Talent is seeking a contract-level Operations professional to own and streamline a unified intake process across multiple partners. You will triage submissions, define intake standards, and drive visibility into progress and SLAs.
You will work with Airtable, Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace to analyze volume and bottlenecks, build executive-ready updates, and continuously improve the intake operating model in a fast-moving environment.
