Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead division-wide programs that align with the Beer Division strategy, overseeing channels, messaging, and measurement across Rochester, Chicago, and beyond. The role drives employee engagement, coaches leaders, and partners with HR, Marketing, Sales and Legal.
You will manage outside agencies, ensure timely delivery, and uphold confidentiality with integrity while advancing the company values and business objectives.
